Lipstick, Lipliner, Lipgloss, Lip Balm........
Lips are not attractive when they
are chapped, cracked or dry. Try to use lip balm or lip conditioner when you are outside in the sun where the weather can
ruin your lips. Lip balm protects and keeps your lips in shape. Why not carry one around with you since it's just a stick
of lippy goodness? Find one which has some level of SPF to shield your precious smackers from the glare of the sun.
Lipglosses can also protect
your lips and at the same time give them some color. I find this quite true. My own pair of lips were silkier for sometime
after a day of lipgloss. Invest in some quality ones to get the best results. Bodyshop has some which looks *and* smells
like fruit flavors like nectarine, so go get some!

Lipliner can help make your lips
look slimmer/ pumpier. Draw only one millimetre inside or outside of your lips. Always choose lipliner which is darker than
your lipstick, if not, you are going to look silly and unattractive.
Lipliner is a guide for you to
apply your lipstick, so you dont make a mess out of lipstick. It also prevents lipstick from running into the little wrinkles
outside your lips. It also defines them. You probably look neater with it so it's a good investment.
Applying lipliner can be rather
tricky.
Open your mouth wide enough to
stretch all the muscles in your lips. Apply on the outline itself or inside/outside of your lips to either make them look
slimmer or just pump them up. Don't forget the corners! If you want to adjust the size of your smackers go just one millimetre
in/out. and be careful. Don't be greedy and go ahead with more than one millimetre because I say so. (I'm only joking,
but if you think you can pull it off with 1.5 millimetre.....)
Someone says that if you want pumpier lips, you should
use light-colored lipstick, and for smaller-looking lips use dark-colored lipstick.For those with full lips avoid glossy/shimmery
lippy.
Lipliner has many choices. You
can apply lipliner alone, but according to Abracadaver it is very drying. Instead you can slide on your lippy or gloss over
it.

Just use eyeliner as lipliner, and color the lips. You
might want to follow with gloss.
