Fair Skin ...?
It's not a need to be dramatically pale. However you can try to get
a few shades lighter.
Mix a small amount of powder into regular foundation. That should get paler. Or simply
use lighter ones. Don't go overboard though. putting white powders on your face is absurd, unless you're going to be a clown
at a circus or something. If you're going to make money by entertaining I have nothing to say. I don't really see a need for
a very pale skin if you are darker.
To have your skin bleached, try this formula which i have found.
But it seems a simple remedy, too simple to do any harm :)
You need:
1 and 1/4 cups of milk
2 to 3 pots of yoghurt
3 to 4 lemon slices
Flower water, eg Elderflower, Fennel (optional)
Place the lemon slices in the milk for a couple of hours. Remove lemons
and add some yogurt to thicken. Apply this cream to your face and body for some hours so that the bleaching action can take
effect. Rinse off with a flower water such as Fennel or Elder.

Foundations
Get a good foundation, not some cheap ones which can ruin your face.
Foundation comes in liquid, cream, pressed powder or cream to powder.
Sit somewhere with good lightning, poor lightning could cause mistakes
in the process of applying your makeup.
If you are using a liquid foundation, shake the bottle and apply a
little at a time to parts of your face (eg forehead, cheeks, tip of nose, chin) using a sponge (try not to use cotton
pads, it may leave threads of cotton and make your face hairy) and blend into your skin.
For cream foundation users, use your fingers or sponge to gently
blend the cream into your face, bit by bit.
For the powder users, theres the little piece of thin spongey thing
for you to put on your foundation. Takes patience and practice to do it well. I personally like cream, liquids can flow and
powders can get too messy.
I've seen foundations stopping at hairlines and chins on people who
use lighter foundations, or even white powders. What? Mimes? Masked Pathetica? Risk having people to slam you up the wall
and try to fix your makeup. Continue your foundation down the neck and further down to exposed areas. Don't abruptly stop
at the bust though, blend it down. Use fingers to brush your foundation into the hairline, then rid your hair of any foundation.
You'll see a difference made.
Concealers
Concealers, well, conceal. Those nasty spots or blemishes probably
make you look red in some areas, but that's what a concealer is for - to cover up your misdeed of squeezing that pimple. But
that's ok, we all get itchy fingers every now and then.
There are concealer sticks sold at Bodyshop, where you can get a
blemish stick as well. Oxy sells some sort of 'Cover and Clear', which, apparently, clears your pimples as you cover them
with a skin-colored cream. There are many kinds of acne or pimple-clearing stick sold in departmental stores, with brands
like Clearasil. I have not tried any of them yet though, but you may want to explore them.

Daily Pore Cleanser
These work! The term is 'pore cleanser', not pore removing or something. You can't remove
your pores, but you can refine them so that you face looks smoother. I've heard people say 'pore removing cleanser', which
is a rather big joke because it's like removing the crater opening from a volcano.
